Kevin Parker for State Rep (Spokane)
I just saw a commercial for Kevin Parker on tv tonight, saying he was running for State Rep in Spokane. When I used to work for St. Anne’s I was usually the first one in the building, early in the morning. My morning ritual was to stop by Dutch Bros in downtown Spokane to get a 16 oz mocha and a slice of banana bread. Kevin is the owner of the local Dutch Bros franchises and was usually there every morning selling delicious coffee and laughing and joking with his customers. Really, really, good guy. And by the looks of it, he has his head on straight politically. If I were still living in Spokane he would have my vote.
Go check him out at www.votekevinparker.com and tell him JJ sent you.
Chuck Baldwin Rally
The Chuck Baldwin Rally in Spokane Valley went really well. Chuck’s speech was great. He discussed how the Democrats and Republicans have not done anything in Washington except spend our money and get us into debt. He talked a little bit about the War on Terror and our open borders. One of the most interesting topics he discussed was his plan to end income tax and establish a constitutional 10% import tariff. Cool stuff. I tried to get a few pics but the ones I got weren’t all that great. I had to mess with them in Photoshop due to the lack of light. See below.

Baldwin Revolution Poster
I decided to “rage against the machine” a little bit and enter a political poster contest. Its a texture website doing the contest so I made the poster very grungy. 20 to 1 odds that a Obama poster wins it, but I thought my man Chuck needed to be represented. He has little chance of being elected, yet he, like Ron Paul, is a defender of the Constitution. No matter what your political preference, you have to respect that. We need to start supporting these third party candidates and get out of the two party monopoly. LONG LIVE THE CONSTITUTION!!!
And as if I need another reason to vote for Chuck.
